The NGO Proreis, located in Nova Lima / MG, hosted the work of the first group of women in social risk situation, trained by businesswoman Fernanda Daudt. For 4 days, 15 women received intensive training in which they learned how to make bead handles from Volta Atelier handbags.
Empowered women are now part of the US brand chain that has its main market. They are paid for production and can work from home.
